Return & Exchange Policy

No Returns:

We humbly do not accept any returns for products sold on our website. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before making a purchase.

 

Size Exchange:

If you need to exchange your product for a different size, you can do so within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, with all original tags intact and in the same condition as received.

The exchange charges are to be borne by customer that is Rs. 150

On the basis of like and dislike we do not Exchange.

 

Exchange Process:

To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer support team on Whatsapp at +91 9211588155 with your order details.

 

Opening video of the parcel for the is mandatory for the exchange of products  otherwise we will    not be able to proceed with exchange

 

Non-Exchangeable Products:

Items that are not eligible for size exchange include:

Products with no intact tags.

* Customized or altered products.

* Products purchased during sales or promotions.

* Products that are damaged, washed, or worn.
